The Weeks is Hobonichi's slim, pocketable planner: a weekly horizontal spread on the left, a full page of grid memo on the right, in a book narrow enough to live in a jacket pocket. This one is a collaboration with MOTHER 2, released outside Japan as EarthBound, and MOTHER 3, both designed by Shigesato Itoi. Mr. Saturn appears in each, and here he covers the whole book: round eyes over an enormous nose, red ribbon in place, repeated across an apricot ground chosen to match his skin.
The cover is genuine necktie fabric, so the pattern is woven rather than printed and carries the weave's texture and quiet sheen. It ships with a bonus Hint Man Grid Notebook, 8 cm tall with 48 pages on the techo's own 3.7 mm grid, glossy-printed with the Hint Man on one side and Ness at the hint stand on the other.
