Hobonichi Weeks 2027 (English): V&A Series

The Weeks is Hobonichi's slim, pocketable planner: a weekly horizontal spread on the left, a full page of grid memo on the right, in a book narrow enough to live in a jacket pocket. Two covers made with the V&A in London, drawing on the museum's collections and on the building itself.

Leicester pairs two wallpaper designs from the museum's Arts and Crafts holdings, John Henry Dearle's Leicester of 1912 and William Morris's Wreath of 1876, and carries Morris's best-known line about usefulness and beauty embossed in gold foil. Welcome to the V&A is less a single artwork than a day at the museum, scattering motifs from across the collections over a deep maroon ground, from Queen Victoria's coronet to a cup of tea in the cafe, with the year in light blue foil.
