The Weeks is Hobonichi's slim, pocketable planner: a weekly horizontal spread on the left, a full page of grid memo on the right, in a book narrow enough to live in a jacket pocket. Smooth is the soft-cover end of the range, built in a slightly padded PU that gives under the thumb and is the most comfortable of these to hold for any length of time. The cover bends readily and the pages turn easily, so it disappears into a coat pocket, though being soft it needs a hand on the page to lie flat.
Two colourways. Cafe au Lait is a sandy beige, warm and quiet enough to carry all year, with the year foiled in matte bronze gold. Lavender Milk is a pastel purple with enough grey in it to stay clean rather than sugary, foiled in matte silver.
