The Weeks is Hobonichi's slim, pocketable planner: a weekly horizontal spread on the left, a full page of grid memo on the right, in a book narrow enough to live in a jacket pocket. The Leather series builds it in cow hide instead of cloth, which makes these the softest covers in the range and the ones that will change most with handling. They are finished more elaborately than a standard Weeks: a decorative headband at the head and tail of the spine doing real reinforcing work, and two satin ribbon bookmarks.
Two finishes. Forest Green is dyed a deep, settled woodland green, with a beige and white headband, light brown and light beige ribbons, and the year in gold. Noble Silver carries an all-over silver foil across the leather, with a white headband, white and dark grey ribbons, and the year in matte silver. Being natural hide, each copy carries its own wrinkles, veins and markings.
