Hobonichi Techo Cover: tanakadaisuke - White Handkerchief Diary

The first cover Daisuke Tanaka has made with Hobonichi, and it is the most elaborate cover in the range: a tri-fold in black velvet with a black satin ribbon marker, closing on a snap.

The design is taken from the brand's White Handkerchief Handbag, with a lace handkerchief laid across the flap and delicate embroidery worked into its upper half. At the point of the handkerchief sits a snow bijou, a piece of bead-embroidered lace made after falling snow and stitched entirely by hand. Because velvet and beadwork do not enjoy being carried loose, it ships with its own printed drawstring bag. The pen hook inside holds a pen by its clip.
