The simplest cover Hobonichi makes: one flat colour, a zip all the way round, and no pocket furniture on the outside to date it or dress it up. It is the cover to reach for if you want the techo to look like a notebook in a meeting rather than a hobby.
It is made in polyurethane, which keeps it light for a zip cover and gives it a smooth surface with a low sheen. The zip pull is cut from the same material as the body, so nothing on it contrasts. The colors carry Italian names, Amarone after the deep red wine among them.
