Hobonichi Techo Cover: Moomin - My Yard

Drawn from Moominpappa at Sea, the book in which the family leaves the valley to live on an island. The scene is Moominmamma asleep in front of the garden she has painted onto the lighthouse wall to make the place bearable, and it is embroidered rather than printed, with a line of hers stitched above it in deep pink thread. The back carries the family gathered together on the island.

The lining is a soft pink, and the pockets are cut from the same cotton as the outside. The right one is printed with Moominpappa and Moomintroll hauling a net from a boat; open the back pocket and there is an English line of Moominpappa's inside it. The two bookmarks end in a white shell and a flower, and the brand card carries the lighthouse.
