A stencil is a drawing tool borrowed from technical drafting: trace the cut-out and you get the same clean shape every time, without needing to be able to draw it. This one is cut with Moomin characters, Moomintroll in several expressions, Little My, Sniff and others, along with motifs like Moominpappa's hat and the Moominhouse.
It also works as a ruler, marked up to 10 cm, and it is thin and card-shaped so it lives in a techo cover pocket rather than a drawer.
