Hobonichi Pencil Board: ONE PIECE magazine - Everyday Scenes

A pencil board slides under the page you are writing on. It gives the paper something firm to sit against, so it stops the pressure of your writing embossing itself into the sheet underneath. This set was made with ONE PIECE magazine, and its subject is deliberately the quiet half of the story: the Straw Hat crew eating together, talking over tea, dozing off. Everyday scenes from a run of years mostly spent fighting.

The A6 and A5 boards carry the same drawing in different colourways, and the Weeks board adds a scene of its own.

Features

• Three sizes, one per techo: A6 for the Original, A5 for the Cousin, and a narrow one for the Weeks

• A6 is 155 x 103 mm (6.1 x 4.1 in), A5 is 215 x 147 mm (8.5 x 5.8 in), Weeks is 187 x 88 mm (7.4 x 3.5 in), all 0.4 mm thick

• Quiet, off-duty scenes rather than battles, with a separate bath scene on the Weeks board

• A crew scene aboard the Thousand Sunny on the reverse

• A 1 mm scale printed down the long edge of the back, so it doubles as a ruler

• A TODAY!!! tab on the corner, so it works as a bookmark while it sits in the book

• Yupo synthetic paper, 6 to 13 g depending on size, so it adds nothing to the book
