A small dispenser of double-sided tape, cut into pre-measured strips in two lengths so you tear one off and use it rather than measuring or cutting. It is for the things people paste into a techo, ticket stubs, receipts, a photograph, without the buckling that liquid glue causes.
It is sized to sit in a techo cover's interior pocket, which is the point: the tape travels with the book, so a stub gets stuck in on the day rather than living in a coat pocket until it is lost.
