Hobonichi A6 Techo Cover: V&A Series - Strawberry Thief

Made with the V&A in London, and it puts one of the museum's best-known holdings on the front: William Morris's Strawberry Thief, the 1883 textile he designed after the thrushes that kept raiding the strawberry beds in his own garden. The back carries John Henry Dearle's Blackthorn wallpaper of 1892, hawthorn and blackthorn blossom twisted together.

The lining is a calm blue-grey. The pen holder is a woven label carrying Morris's best-known line about keeping only what is useful or beautiful, and it holds a pen by the barrel rather than the clip, so it reads as trim on the cover even when empty.
