Hobonichi A5 Clear Folder: iyo okumi (Set of 2)

A clear folder cut to sit in a Hobonichi Techo cover pocket, which is what makes it more useful than a folder that lives in a drawer: tickets, receipts, stickers and loose scraps travel with the book instead of accumulating somewhere else.

Two designs by iyo okumi, drawn in coloured pencil and titled front and back so each folder tells its own small story. The first has a girl asleep on a bed in a garden in full bloom on the front, and dolls waiting among flowers on the back. The second has a traveller crossing snow-covered mountains, with migratory birds working through white cloud on the reverse.
